Pamphilius sylvarum (Stephens, 1835).
A distinct Sawfly with just nine UK locations on the NBN Gateway map, although Sawflies are little recorded due to identification difficulties. This Pamphilius sylvarum was found on low foliage at Sherwood Forest CP in May 2013 and is the first record for the area. The foodplant is listed as Oak.
