Mordellochroa abdominalis (Fabricius, 1775)
Frequently known as Tumbling Flower Beetles, the Mordellidae seem poorly represented in Nottinghamshire and certainly Mordellochroa abdominalis is, based on the NBN Gateway. Several adults were found on the flowers of Cow Parsley, growing along a shaded woodland ride at Wellow Park in May 2011. Length 6mm.
