Kibunea minuta (Linnaeus, 1758)
A small black click beetle, which we have so far only found at Sherwood Forest CP. What was presumably this species, was noted at the site in 2008, but eluded capture in typical click beetle fashion. The few records we have, have all come from low foliage and grass. Kibunea minuta was first recorded at Sherwood Forest by F.A. Hunter in 1978 and then again in 2002 by M.L. Denton.
