| Despite being a difficult group to identify, it is still surprising that Water Beetles have been totally overlooked throughout all recording at Sherwood Forest NNR. Consequently species found in 2009, such as this Ilybius quadriguttatus, all seem to be new to the NNR. This one was found at Budby South Forest in August 2009. Length around 12mm. | ||
