Hygrotus impressopunctatus (Schaller, 1783)
Generally common across Nottinghamshire, although it appears to be strangely absent from some areas in the middle of the county This Hygrotus impressopunctatus was netted from the pool at Budby South Forest in late August 2009, but is usually common in the small waters we survey. Length 4.75mm.
