Hedobia imperialis
A small beetle, which we recorded three times on May 23rd 2009 and which turned out to be the first Sherwood Forest NNR records since 1916 (Bedwell, E.C.) It is a beetle found along old Hawthorn hedges, boring into the wood and is local across the southern UK and Midlands areas.
