Epuraea biguttata (Thunberg, 1784)
Another small, but well marked Nitidulid which measures little more 3mm in length. We have just two records from the garden of Coultas Farm, Eakring in June 2009 and from a leaf litter sample taken from Clipstone Old Quarter in March 2020. There are a number of records from other parts of Sherwood Forest, but this is a rather difficult species to find in our limited experience.
