Neocoenorrhinus aequatus
A member of the Rhynchitidae family, this small weevil is often commonly called the Apple Fruit Weevil. With a length of less than 8mm, this is an inconspicuous (but common) species. Found quite commonly on Hawthorn at Sherwood Forest CP.
