This seems to be a rare Shieldbug in Nottinghamshire, based purely on the lack of records. But the Juniper Shieldbug has spread north over the past number of years and must be in all Nottinghamshire towns by now. Saying that, it did take us nearly ten years to find, eventually turning up in Mansfield, where we found numerous nymphs on Lawson's Cypress.
