Alianta incana (Erichson, 1837)
A very small but seemingly common Rove Beetle, found around ponds, lakes and wet areas. We found Alianta incana to be common over the Winter months at Eakring Flash, usually within the stems of Bulrush and often in company with a range of other invertebrates.
