Theridion sisyphium
A common spider, which is often referred to as the Mother Care Spider. The females feed their young on prey which they catch. Theridion sisyphium makes an untidy web on the lower braches of small trees, shrubs and other vegetation and has proved to be common where it occurs on Budby South Forest and Sherwood Forest CP.
