Talavera aequipes (O.P.-Cambridge, 1871)
A rare spider in Nottinghamshire, with traceable records from Sherwood Forest in 1978 (BAS Survey Team), the Idle Valley NR in 2000 (Williams, H.) and most recently from Attenborough NR. This Talavera aequipes was found and photographed on an area of bare limestone ground, near the Reserve's Nature Centre building by Tim Sexton, who very kindly provided these photographs.
