Porrhomma pallidum (Jackson, 1913)
A small, pale Linyphiid, that generally has a more north and westerly range in the UK. In Nottinghamshire, Porrhomma pallidum is known only from the Sherwood Forest area and was recorded from both the Country Park and Buck Gates areas of Sherwood in 1971 (Crocker, J.) before being recorded from the Sherwood Forest Country Park again, during surveys by the British Arachnological Society in the late 1970's. Our only record is from near the Visitor Centre in early October 2017.
