Drassodes cupreus (Blackwall, 1834)
Drassodes cupreus is one of three (almost identical) species and requiring microscopic examination to determine identification. All are nocturnal hunters of ground-dwelling invertebrates. This Drassodes cupreus was found under a peice of old concrete on a brownfield site at Langar in June 2015.
