Temnocerus coeruleus (Fabricius, 1798) 
On the basis of just two recent county records, this is certainly a scarce/rare Weevil in Nottinghamshire. Both records have come from the Nottinghamshire Wildlife Trust's Idle Valley NR near Retford, being found there in 1998 (Kirby, P.), but more recently in 2019 when recorded by reserve manager Tim Sexton, who very kindly supplied us with his photographs below.
