Subclytia rotundiventris (Fallén, 1820)
Subclytia rotundiventris is a parasitoid of several species of Shieldbug and although widespread across southern counties of the UK, we know of just two Nottinghamshire records. One was attracted to David and Veronica McGeever's MV light at Ravenshead in August 2015 and the individual below, which was recorded by Peter Smith at Netherfield Ash Lagoons in 2017. Our thanks go to Peter for allowing us to use his photographs on the website.
