Sisyra nigra (Retzius, 1783)
This is a widespread species, found throughout much ofthe UK and into Scotland. There are very few documented records from the county, with J.W. Carr mentioning records (listed as Sisyra fuscata), from Sherwood Forest and Attenborough in the early 1900's. It is been recorded from Attenborough NR in recent years, which appear to be the county's only recent records.
