Pissodes pini (Linnaeus, 1758)
Generally uncommon across the UK with just scattered records. Obviously dependant on a range of Pines as host trees, Pissodes pini's Nottinghamshire range is likely to be restricted to the Sherwood Forest NNR and commercial forested areas north of Nottingham. There are however, few published county records.
