Phylus coryli (Linnaeus, 1758)
A small plant bug of hedgerows etc, where Hazel grows. Initially Phylus coryli may appear dark and un-marked, but closer insection will reveal quite attractive markings. There are Nottinghamshire records apart from this one found at Hills and Holes SSSI at Market Warsop in July 2014. Further searching should reveal Phylus coryli to be common across much of Nottinghamshire.
