Orthotylus virescens (Douglas & Scott, 1865) 
Another Mirid which is probably grossly under-recorded in Nottinghamshire One of a number of extremely similar Orthotylus species, Orthotylus virescens is found on Broom Cytisus scoparius and beating will usually produce numbers. They are usually lively bugs and difficult to photograph. The one below, was one of many found at Oak Tree Heath in August 2021, where Broom grows in profusion.
