Orsodacne cerasi (Linnaeus, 1758)
Recently discovered as new to Nottinghamshire at Gleadthorpe in May 2020, when beaten from the flowers of Sycamore. Orsodacne cerasi is one of just two UK species belonging to the family Orsodacnidae, which was once a subfamily within Chrysomelidae. It has a generally south-westerly distribution, which is rather patchy and includes south Wales, some Midlands counties across to parts of eastern England.
