Nudobius lentus (Gravenhorst, 1806)
A fairly distinctive Rove Beetle (with experience) which is usually found under the bark of various coniferous trees. The NBN Gateway shows it to be widespread across central areas of the UK and in parts of Scotland. There seem to be few recent records of Nudobius lentus from Nottinghamshire.
