Notaris acridulus (Linnaeus, 1758)
This is a fairly widespread Weevil over parts of Nottinghamshire, especially from along the Trent Valley and at sites in the west and north of the county, where it can be found amongst waterside vegetation. The one below was found and photographed by assistant reserve manager Tim Sexton, at Attenborough NR in May 2017.
