Necrobia ruficollis
(Fabricius, 1775) |
||
| There appears to be just two recent records of Necrobia ruficollis from Nottinghamshire. Usually found on carrion, in food storage areas and similar locations, there are records of a specimen being found on a dead gull at Hoveringham in 2003 (Dutton, A.) and several being taken from further down the Trent Valley, at Stoke Bardolph in 2023 (Brownley, N. and Brownley, S.). | ||
