Megacoelum infusum (Herrich-Schäffer, 1837)
Megacoelum infusum is a distinctively large, long-legged and bright orange Mirid Bug. This one was beaten from the lower branches of Oak on Sherwood Heath SSSI at the end of September 2015. It possibly represents the first occurrence of this widespread UK species in Nottinghamshire and is certainly the first record for the Sherwood Forest NNR.
