Longitarsus suturellus (Duftschmid, 1825)
Longitarsus suturellus is just one of several similarly marked/coloured Flea Beetles, commonly found on Ragwort (Senecio sp) and another species for which there seem to be few Nottinghamshire records. The one in the photographs below, was one of several swept from Ragwort growing in a grassy section of heathland at Sherwood Heath SSSI in September 2017.
