Lissodema denticollis (Gyllenhal, 1813) 
A small species found on dead wood and with a southerly distribution across the UK. There are a handful of scattered records in Nottinghamshire, with recent records from Treswell Wood, Sherwood Forest, Clumber Park and Stoke Bardolph, which is where the specimen in the photographs was found and provided for inclusion here, by Nick and Samantha Brownley in May 2025.
