Hauptidia maroccana (Melichar, 1907)
A small leafhopper, which has apparently showed some signs of range expansion in recent years. Often found on a range of garden plants, Hauptidia maroccana is often found in numbers when present and was certainly plentiful on two herbaceous Salvias we had growing in pots at our Market Warsop home, during the late Summer and early Autumn 2018. Almost certainly under-recorded in Nottinghamshire.
