Eutrichapion viciae (Paykull, 1800)
A small Weevil that can be found on both Meadow Vetchling (Lathyrus pratensis) and Tufted Vetch (Vicia cracca). We know of previous Nottinghamshire records from a survey of the former Annesley Bentinck Colliery in 2007 (Kirby, P.) and most recently from Attenborough NR in 2016, where it was found and photographed by reserve manager Tim Sexton. Our thanks go to Tim, for allowing us to use his photographs.
