Dichetophora obliterarata (Verbeke, 1964)  
This is a rare Sciomyzid in Nottinghamshire, with a patchy UK distribution which includes East Anglia and the East Midlands. The two in cop below, were recorded and photographed by Peter Smith at Netherfield Lagoons in October 2020 and seems to be only the second record for Nottinghamshire. The only Nottinghamshire record listed on the NBN Atlas is from Tippings Wood at Blidworth, where it was recorded during a Dipterists Forum Weekend of recording in 2015.
