Delia radicum (Linnaeus, 1758)
Probably widespread across Nottinghamshire, though apparently reported very little. Delia radicum has been recorded from a variety of well vegetated sites, especially from woodlands and hedgerows and we have recorded it from our own garden in Market Warsop, where it is regularly attracted to flowers. There are numerous similar species.
