Cryptopleurum minutum  (Fabricius, 1775)
Widespread across much of the UK, but seemingly few Nottinghamshire records. This is a very small beetle, but was found in numbers when sampling horse manure near Inkersall Grange in early September 2020. Usually found in similar, organic material and should be commoner than is at present.
