Attactagenus plumbeus (Marsham, 1802)
A Nationally notable B weevil, Attactagenus plumbeus has never been recorded commonly in the Sherwood Forest NNR and there are just two records previous to this one in June 2010. There is one historical record, which was listed by J.W. Carr and a second in 2000 (Drane, A.B.) The one photographed, was found on low vegetation at Clipstone Old Quarter.
