Argogorytes fargeii (Shuckard, 1837) 
Found only in the very north of the county in the Idle Valley, this record of Argogorytes fargeii from Phil and Steph Lee's Misterton garden, is presumably a first record for VC56 Nottinghamshire. Identification is difficult, but can be achieved from good quality photographs. In Argogorytes mystaceus the legs are black and orange, but are black & yellow in Argogorytes fargeii.
