Willow Gall Weevil Archarius salicivorus (Paykull, 1792)
Archarius salicivorus is probably yet another Weevil which is probably under-recorded in Nottinghamshire. There are known modern records from the Idle Valley NR and Eaton Wood near Retford. The individuals in the accompanying photographs were found at Attenborough NR in 2015 by Tim Sexton, who kindly allowed us to use his photographs.
