Anasimyia contracta (Fabricius, 1787)
Fairly widespread in the south of the county, with seemingly no records anywhere in Nottinghamshire, north of Duke's Wood near Eakring. The one showed in the accompanying photographs, was found on waterside vegetation at Staunton Quarry in early July 2023.
